The dental floss is used before brushing your teeth.
Take a piece of dental floss about 45-50 cm long and wrap it around the middle finger of both hands.
Using your thumbs and index fingers, gently slide the floss between your teeth, being careful not to injure your gums. When you reach the base of the tooth, gently curve the floss around it to form a "C" shape and make gentle back-and-forth movements, removing Plaque and food debris.
Make sure to use a new piece of thread for each session
of teeth cleaning.

Since I started using promis products, I can't use any other toothpastes or toothbrushes. I've gotten so used to them that if I use another product now, it hurts.
