Unwind about 16–20 inches of floss and wrap the ends around your middle fingers.
Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a controlled motion, being careful not to snap it against your gums.
Curve the floss around each tooth, forming a “C” shape, and gently slide it below the gumline and along the tooth surface.
Use a clean section of floss for each tooth space.
It is recommended to use it at least once a day, preferably before brushing.
