Apply a small amount of Promis Gel directly to your teeth or onto a clean finger.
Gently spread the product over your teeth, using your tongue if needed.
There is no need to rinse with water after application.
Promis Gel can be used throughout the day, for example after meals, while away from home, at the office, when travelling or whenever a toothbrush and toothpaste are not available.
Do not deliberately swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Stop using the product if you are sensitive to essential oils or experience irritation in the mouth.
