For thorough oral hygiene, use dental floss or an interdental brush first to clean between your teeth.
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush thoroughly for about two minutes at least twice a day.
Brush all tooth surfaces and along the gumline, then rinse.
Complete your routine with an oral gel or mouthwash according to your needs.
