Your dental routine with promis
Step 1: Brush your teeth twice a day for at least 3 minutes.
Step 2: Use a pea-sized amount of promis paste toothpaste.
Step 3: After brushing your teeth, apply a strip of gel about 1 cm high to both the inside and outside of your upper and lower teeth. You can use your toothbrush or your finger for this. It is not necessary to rinse your mouth after application.
